Officer Vacancy circular in National Council for Teacher Education at New Delhi

The National Council for Teacher Education, NCTE, To the Deputy Secretary (Admn.), National Council for Teacher Education, Hans Bhawan, Wing – II, 1, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi – 110002.

The National Council for Teacher Education is a statutory body under the Ministry of Human Resource Development set up with a view to achieving planned and coordinated development of the teacher education system throughout the country. Applications are invited from eligible officers under the Central / State Governments / Universities / Recognized Research Institutions / PSUs / Statutory, Semi Govt., Autonomous or other organizations for filling up the following posts on deputation (including short term contract) on foreign service terms subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria as mentioned below against the posts : -

1. Deputy Secretary / Regional Director :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; With 5 years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment on regular basis. Experience in Educational Administration in various Directorates of Education , SCERT,
KVS, NVS or such School/educational systems etc;
Scale of Pay : PB-3 RS. 15600 to 39100 along with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/- per month.

2. Under Secretary/Research Officer :
No of Post : 06 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; With 5 years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment on regular basis. Experience in Educational Administration in various Directorates of Education , SCERT, KVS, NVS or such School/educational systems etc;
Scale of Pay : PB-3 RS. 15600 to 39100 along with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- per month.

3. Junior Account Officer :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; With 3 years experience of cash, account and budget work;
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5000 to 8000/- per month.

4. Section Officer :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Holding analogous posts or regular basis in the parent cadre/department; With 3/6 years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis. Experience in educational administration in various Directorates of Education, SCERT, KVS, NVS or such school / educational systems etc.;
Scale of Pay : PB-2 RS. 9300 to 34800 along with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- per month.

5. Computer Programmer-Cum-Planning Monitoring Officer :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Holding analogous posts or regular basis in the parent cadre/department; With 3/6 years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis. BCA or equivalent qualification or DOEACC.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5500 to 9000/- per month.

6. Assistant :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre / department; or With 8 years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis. Possessing three years experience in general administration / establishment / stores / accounts.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 RS. 9300 to 34800 along with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- per month.

7. Stenographer Grade ‘C’ :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre / department; or With 8 years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis. Having a speed of 100 WPM in English/Hindi Stenography.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 4000 to 6000/- per month.
