Orissa Power Transmission Corporation Limited, OPTCL, A State Transmission Utility invites applications for recruitment of Management Trainee in the discipline of Finance/Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering and Information Technology.

1. Management Trainee Junior Finance :
No of Post : 10
posts (UR-4, SEBC-2, SC-1, ST-3), Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Passed the Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. A pass in Oriya Language Test equivalent to M.E. standard is essential. Alternatively, the candidate has to pass the requisite language test in Oriya within one year of appointment.
Age Limit : Not more than 32 years as on 01.04.2010. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in case of SEBC candidates. The upper age limit is also relaxable by 5 years in case of Women candidates.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9,300 to 34,800/- plus Grade Pay Rs 4,600/- with usual D.A. and other benefits as per Rules of the Corporation.

2. Management Trainee Junior Electrical Engineering :
No of Post : 138
post (UR-54, SEBC-41, SC-11, ST-32), Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation/ Telecommunication Engineering.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University/ Institution. The candidate has to pass the requisite language test in Oriya within one year of appointment.
Age Limit : Not more than 32 years as on 01.04.2010. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in case of SEBC candidates. The upper age limit is also relaxable by 5 years in case of Women candidates.

3. Civil Engineering :

post (SEBC-1),
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institution OR passing of Section-A&B of IE (India) in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. The candidate has to pass the requisite language test in Oriya within one year of appointment.
Age Limit : Not more than 32 years as on 01.04.2010. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in case of SEBC candidates. The upper age limit is also relaxable by 5 years in case of Women candidates.

4. Management Trainee Junior Information Technology (IT) :

posts (SEBC-2, SC-1, ST-1),), B.Sc. (IT)/ BCA/ Degree in any discipline with PGDCA OR Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/Instrumentation/ Computer Science.
Essential Qualification & Experience : BE / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science /Information Technology / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering OR MCA with at least 60%
marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institution or passing of Section A&B of IE (India) in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. For SC / ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%. The candidate has to pass the requisite language test in Oriya within one year of appointment.
Age Limit : Not more than 32 years as on 01.04.2010. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in case of SEBC candidates. The upper age limit is also relaxable by 5 years in case of Women candidates.

Stipend for all : Rs. 8000/- during the training of Management Trainees Jr. for one year.
