National Institute of Medical Statistics, NIMS, ICMR, New Delhi, An Estimation of Maternal Mortality in Rajasthan and Orissa (MMR-10), Walk in Interview to be held on 3rd July 2010 at National Institute of Medical Statistics, ICMR, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi The following post is to be filled up on purely temporary basis at NIMS, ICMR, New Delhi in a research project entitled “An Estimation of Maternal Mortality in Rajasthan and Orissa” under Dr. Abha Aggarwal, Scientist E, NIMS, New Delhi.

Senior Research Fellow – Statistics :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Postgraduate degree in Statistics / Bio-Statistics with two years research experience after M.Sc.
Desirable : Working Experience in Research Institute M.Phil in Statistics. Computer skills – MS Office, Data Base Management and Internet. Knowledge of Statistical Softwares like SPSS, EPI Info, STATA etc.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 18200 per month (Fixed) Emoluments may be revised subject to the revision in ICMR rules.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 35 years. Relaxation shall be as per Govt. of India rules.
