Essential Qualification & Experience : Current full-time regular faculty member at a University / College affiliated to a University at the rank of Professor or Associate Professor with atleast 8 years experience as Associate Professor; Having demonstrated significant leadership in raising the standards of teaching, research and extension in the area of Early Childhood Education.
Scale of Pay : Pay scales as per UGC norms.
2. Readers (Associate Professors) :

Age Limit : as per UGC norms.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Good academic record with a Ph D degree in Child Development / Education / Community Health or allied disciplines; 55% of the marks or a relevant grade regarded as equivalent to 55% wherever grading system is followed at the Masters degree level;

3. Lecturers (Assistant Professors) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Good academic record with atleast 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Masters degree level in the relevant subject (Social Work, Psychology and Nutrition) from an Indian University , or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University; Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC;
