Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited, NINL, Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited, a joint venture company promoted by MMTC (a Government of India Enterprise) and IPICOL (a Government of Orissa Undertaking) requires Nanagers for its 1.1 MT integrated steel plant located at Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex, Duburi, District Jajpur and its captive mines located at Koira, District Sundergarh, Orissa.
i. General Manager (HRM) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA with HRM/PG Diploma in Personnel Mgmt. & Industrial Relations. Minimum 22 years relevant experience in IR, legal aspects pertaining to labour matters, welfare, establishment, statutory compliances, domestic enquiry, HR activities,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 20500 to 500 Grade pay RS. 26500/-,
Age Limit : Not to exceed 50 years as on 28.02.2010.
ii. Asstt. General Manager (BOF) :
No of Post : 01 post (UR-1)
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Metallurgical/ Mechanical Engineering. The candidate must have minimum 16 years of work experience in operation & maintenance of Steel
Melting Shop, BOF/LD Converter, Continuous Casting Plant in a large integrated steel plant.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 19500 to 450 Grade pay RS. 24400/-,

iii. Asstt. General Manager (CCP) :
No of Post : 01 post (UR-1)
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Metallurgical/ Mechanical Engineering. The candidate must have minimum 16 years of work experience in Continuous Casting Machine, Mould Control.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 19500 to 450 Grade pay RS. 24400/-,

iv. Asstt. General Manager (EMD) :
No of Post : 01 post (UR-1)
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Chemical/Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering, The candidate must have minimum 16 years of work experience in operation/ maintenance of Gas Mixing, Gas boosting station, gas holder and gas lines and experience in generation, distribution of steel plant gases like BF gas.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 19500 to 450 Grade pay RS. 24400/-,
Age Limit : Not to exceed 45 years as on 28.02.2010.
v. Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager (Energy Management) :
No of Post : 01 post (UR-1)
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Chemical/Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering, The candidate must have minimum 7/4 yrs of specific work experience in operation/ maintenance of Gas Mixing, Gas boosting station.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 16000 to 100 Grade pay RS. 20800/-,
Age Limit : Not to exceed 45 years as on 28.02.2010.
vi. Manager/ Dy. Manager (Refractory) :
No of Post : 01 post (UR-1)
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Ceramic/Refractory Engineering, The candidate must have minimum 10/7 yrs of work experience in an integrated steel plant having facilities like Continuous Casting, LD converter, Lime and Dolomite Plant, Mixer etc.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 13700 to 100 Grade pay RS. 18250/-,
Age Limit : Not to exceed 45 years as on 28.02.2010.
