1. Special Operating Assistant :
No of Post : 161 posts, in WBSETCL,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6300 to 20200/- Initial pay Rs. 9000/- grade pay Rs. 4400/-,
Essential Qualification : Diploma in Electrical Engineering in by West Bengal State Council Of Technical Education.
Age limit: Not to exceed 27 years as on 01.01.2010. Age is Relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
2. Junior Operator Technician cum Technical Assistant :
No of Post : 300 posts, in WBSEDCL,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6300 to 20200/- grade pay Rs. 2600/-,
Essential Qualification : Madhyamic Examination with ITI certificate in Electrician/ Wireman/ Electronic Mechanic (2 years) from ITI recognized by Directorate of Industrial Training, West Bengal.
Age limit: Not to exceed 27 years as on 01.01.2010. Age is Relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Reservation: Reservation of post for SC/ST/OBC/Physically handicapped candidates will be as per govt. rules in force.
