Mazagon Dock Limited, MDL, is India’s leading Shipbuilding Company with ISO 9001:2000 accreditation. It is a profit-making Central Government Schedule ‘A’ PSU under the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, engaged primarily in the construction of Warships and
Submarines for the Indian Navy. MDL also builds other vessels including commercial vessels. Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the following post :

1. Deputy General Manager – Technical E-6 :
No of Post : 10 posts in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/ Marine/Naval Architects,
Grouping of Technical Disciplines Qualification wise :
i. Mechanical : To Include Mazagon Dock Limited / Mechanical & Industrial Engg. / Mechanical & Production Engg. / Production Engg. / Production Engg. & Management / Production & Industrial Engg. Experience : 14 years experience required in the field as on 26.02.2010.
ii. Electrical : Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation. Experience : 14 years experience required in the field as on 26.02.2010.
iii. Electronics : Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Applied Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Instrumentation. Experience : 14 years experience required in the field as on 26.02.2010.
iv. Marine : Marine 14 years experience required in the field as on 26.02.2010.
v. Naval Architects : Naval Architecture/ Naval Architecture & Ship Building / Naval
Architecture and Ocean Engineering. Experience : 14 years experience required in the field as on 26.02.2010.
Pay of Scale : Rs. 36600 to 62000/-, Gross Emoluments Maximum Rs. 69,500/-,
Age Limit : Notto exceed 52 years as on 26.02.2010.

2. Chief Manager :
No of Post : 01 post,
Age Limit : Not to exceed 48 years as on 26.02.2010.
Pay of Scale : Rs. 32,900 to 58,000/-,
Grouping of Technical Disciplines Qualification wise : As above mentioned.

3. Manager :
No of Post : 01 post,
Age Limit : Not to exceed 48 years as on 26.02.2010.
Pay of Scale : Rs. 29,100 to 54,500/-,
Grouping of Technical Disciplines Qualification wise : As above mentioned.
