Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, DAC, Goernment of India, Engagement of Consultant and Administrative Officers for the Agriculture Insurance Programme. To the Section Officer (Credit-II) Ministry of Agriculture Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Room No. 386A, Krishi Bhawan New Delhi – 110001.

Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, DAC, Appliacations are invited from the interested and eligible persons for the following posts on contractual basis for the 03 years :

1. Consultant (Level of the equivalent to Deputy Secretary) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Candidate should be post graduate in Economics, Management, Commerce or Insurance with analytical aptitude. Candidate having more than one of the above qualification will be given additional weightage. Must have 10 years experience in Goernment/PSU Insurance companies dealing with insurance and risk mitigation.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 45,000/- per month Plus grade pay 7,600/-,
Age Limit : Between 57 to 62 years.

2. Administrative Officer (Level of the equivalent to Under Secretary) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Candidate should be post graduate in Economics, Management, Agriculture or Law with analytical aptitude. Candidate having more than one of the above qualification will be given additional weightage.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 40,000/- per month Plus grade pay 6,600/-,
Age Limit : Between 57 to 62 years.

Recruiment Process : After sorting out the applications received, the eliglble candidates will have to appear for the interview for which separate notice will be issued.
