High Court Allahabad, HC, Applications are invited for 02 posts of Urdu Translator (for translating the documents from Urdu to English) on the Establishment of High Court, Allahabad,

1. Urdu Trnalsator :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Age Limit : Between 21-35 years as on 01.07.2010.
Scale of Pay : PB 2 Rs. 9300 to 34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4200 plus usual allowances.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Bachelor degree with Arabic Literature, Persian Literature or Urdu Literature as one of the subjects from any University in India established by law or any other qualification equivalent thereto recognized by the State Government but in those cases Urdu literature, Persian literature or Arabic literature shall not be required where the candidate has passed Adib-E-Kamil Examination from Jamia Urdu, Aligarh. (ii) Computer knowledge, i.e., Data Entry, Word Processing and Computer Operation. (iii) Preference shall be given to a candidate who possesses English as a subject at Graduate level.

2. Hindi Translator :
No of Post : 06 posts,
Age Limit : Between 21-35 years as on 01.07.2010.
Scale of Pay : PB 2 Rs. 9300 – 34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4200 plus usual allowances.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Bachelor degree with Arabic Literature, Persian Literature or Urdu Literature as one of the subjects from any University in India established by law or any other qualification equivalent thereto recognized by the State Government but in those cases Urdu literature, Persian literature or Arabic literature shall not be required where the candidate has passed Adib-E-Kamil Examination from Jamia Urdu, Aligarh. How to apply for above post :
Application on plain and thick foolscap paper duly typed in prescribed format alongwith attested photo copy of certificates alongwith a self addressed envelope bearing postage stamps worth Rs. 22/- should be sent to The Registrar General, High Court, Allahabad by Speed Post or Registered post with A.D. only on or before 31.08.2010.

Fees : Rs. 400/- for General Category & O.B.C. and Rs. 200/- for S.C./ S.T. candidates.
