Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) is a Government of India Enterprise under Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE). IREDA invites applications from result oriented and competent professionals for filling up the vacant posts in the following disciplines, on regular basis :
1. Assistant Manager (TS) : 02 posts
2. Assistant System Analyst : 01 post
3. Assistant Manager (F&A) : 01 post
4. Assistant Accounts Officer: 04 posts
5. Assistant (Grade-II) : 02 posts
6. Assistant (Grade-III) : 01 post
7. Assistant Manager (CA & CS) : 01 post
8. Office Secretary (English): 02 posts
9. Senior Office Secretary (English) : 01 post
RESERVATION/RELAXATION FOR SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PH :
Relaxation in maximum age will be available as per government directives. Persons with 40% or more disabilities shall be eligible for reservation.
In case sufficient number of candidate(s) belonging to SC/ST/PH are not available with requisite experience to fill-up the reserved posts, the experience is relaxable at the discretion of the Competent Authority.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE : The candidate will be offered the minimum of the scale of pay, however, the higher pay may also be considered depending upon his qualification, experience etc. by the Competent Authority. In addition, benefits like IDA, HRA / Company Leased Accommodation, Gratuity, CPF, Group Personal Accident Insurance, Reimbursement of Conveyance Expenditure, Mobile phone expenses, Medical Reimbursement, Perks & Allowances, Performance Linked Incentive, HBA and other Loans & Advances etc. would be admissible as per Company Rules.
NOTE: 1. In case of exceptionally qualified/experienced candidates, relaxation in age and experience may be considered. 2. Post qualification experience means the applicant should have working experience for the specified period after acquiring the rescribed educational/professional qualifications from a recognized institutions/university duly approved by UGC/AICTE/Appropriate Statutory Authority. 3. In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she may submit separate application for each post(s). 4. Employees working in Central & State Government/Semi-Govt./Govt. autonomous bodies/CPSEs must apply through proper channel / submit NOC at the time of interview. 5. Skill /Trade Test will be conducted, wherever applicable, before the interview and the candidates who pass the test will only be allowed to appear in the interview. 6. Management reserves the right to call the candidates for Test / Interview for any post and not necessarily to the post applied for. Mere fulfilling eligibility criteria will not entitle a candidate to be called for interview/ selection process. The decision of the Management in this regard will be final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. 7. The total number of vacancies notified in this advertisement, if needed, can be decreased/increased by the management, without any notice/assigning any reason thereof. 8. Original Educational/Experience/SC/ST/OBC(non creamy layer) /PH certificate(s) need not be sent with the application. 9. The applicants should enclose attested photocopies of age, qualification, caste and experience certificates along with the application. 10. Applications which are unsigned; without bank draft and received after the closing date will be automatically rejected.
11. E-mail id/ phone number/present address given in the application should be valid functional for atleast 6 months from the date of submission of application. 12. Management reserves the right to reject any application or cancel the candidature without assigning any reasons thereof. 13. Management reserves the right to restrict the number of shortlisted candidates for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed. 14. Single to and fro rail/bus fare as per Company’s Rules will be paid to outstation candidates called for interview. 15. If at any stage, it is found that the candidate does not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, he/she will be disqualified and no to & fro rail/bus fare will be paid by IREDA. 16. Canvassing in any form will disqualify candidate(s). 18. Only citizens of India who meet the prescribed eligibility

HOW TO APPLY : Candidates who fulfill the eligibility norms may apply on-line submission of application at IREDA website : www.ireda.gov.in. Only on-line application and no other means/mode of the applications shall be accepted. After registering the application on-line at IREDA website, the applicants shall take a print-out of the application and send the same along with recent passport size photograph affixed on the right hand corner of the application and attested copies of education/ experience/ age certificate(s) and SC/ST/OBC/PH certificates accompanied with a Demand Draft of Rs.300/- as applications fee {SC/ST/PH category are exempted from payment of fee} in favour of INDIAN RENEWABLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY LIMITED payable at New Delhi.
