UPSC Combined Medical Service Exam-2011

UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (UPSC)
COMBINED MEDICAL SERVICES EXAMINATION 2011

The Union Public Service commission will hold the Combined Medical Services Examination 2011 on 16th January, 2011. The examination will be held at various centres across the country.

Conditions of Elgibility

(A) Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status:

  • Age Limit : Candidates must not have attained the age of 32 years on 1st January, 2011. Relaxation in the upper age limit as per Govt. of India rules.
(B) Educational Qualifications:

  • A candidate must have passed the written and practical parts of final MBBS Examination.
Application form: The candidates must apply in the Common Application Form devised by the commission for its examination, which can be purchased from the designated Head Post Offices/Post Ooffices throughout the country against cash payment of Rs. 20/-

OR Candidates can apply online.


Fee : Rs. 100/- through Central Recruitment Fee Stamp only. SC/ST/PH/Women candidates are exempted from payment of fees. OBC candidates are required to pay full fees.
Address and Last date for Receipt of Applications: All applications must reach the "Controller of Examination, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi - 110069" either by hand or by Post/Speed Post only on or before 11/10/2010. For candidates of far-flung areas and abroad the last date is 18th October, 2010.
