1. Junior Overman :
No of Post : 148 posts (General-76, OBC-17, SC-17, ST-38),
Essential Qualification & Experience : a. Valid Overmanship Certificate of Competency from Director General of Mines Safety under Coal Mine Regulation 1957 or any other Certificate which entitle to work as Overman as per Coal Mine Regulation 1957. b. Valid Gas Testing Certificate.
c. Valid First Aid Certificate is required.
Scale of Pay : Basic Rs. 10127.70/ – per month.
Age Limit : i. The age should not be less than 18 years and not exceed 30 years for General candidate. ii. The age should not be less than 18 years and not exceed 33 years for OBC candidate. iii. The age should not be less than 18 years and not exceed 35 years for SC/ST candidate.

2. Mining Sirdar :
No of Post : 176 posts (General-89, OBC-21, SC-21, ST-45),
Essential Qualification & Experience : a. Valid Mining Sirdarship Certificate of Competency from Director General of Mines Safety under Coal Mine Regulation 1957 or any other Certificate which entitle to work as Mining Sirdar as per Coal Mine Regulation 1957.
b. Valid Gas Testing Certificate. c. Valid First Aid Certificate is required.
Scale of Pay : Basic Rs. 10127.70/ – per month.
Age Limit : i. The age should not be less than 18 years and not exceed 30 years for General candidate. ii. The age should not be less than 18 years and not exceed 33 years for OBC candidate. iii. The age should not be less than 18 years and not exceed 35 years for SC/ST candidate.

3. Deputy Surveyor (M) :
No of Post : 40 posts (General-22, OBC-4, SC-4, ST-10),
Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculation with Mines Survey Certificate of Competency issued by Director General of Mines Safety for working in Coal Mines.
Scale of Pay : Basic Rs. 10127.70/ – per month.
Age Limit : i. The age should not be less than 18 years and not exceed 30 years for General candidate. ii. The age should not be less than 18 years and not exceed 33 years for OBC candidate. iii. The age should not be less than 18 years and not exceed 35 years for SC/ST candidate.
