II. Junior Radiographer :
No of Post : 03 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculation OR equivalent Qualification from a recognized Board with a diploma OR Certificate in Radiography of a recognized Institute.
Age Limit : Maximum age limit 25 years,
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200 Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-,

III. OT Assistant :
No of Post : 08 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculation OR equivalent Qualification from a recognized Board O.T. Assistan Training or one year experience in the field in a Hospital.
Age Limit : Maximum age limit 25 years,
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200 Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-,

IV. CSR Assistant :
No of Post : 03 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculation OR equivalent Qualification from a recognized Board with CSR Assistant Training course from a recognized Institute with 03 years experience CSR of a large Hospital.
Age Limit : Maximum age limit 25 years,
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200 Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-,

V. Optometrist/ Refractionist :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculation OR Higher Secondary with Diploma in Optometry / Orthoptics.
Age Limit : Maximum age limit 30 years,
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200 Grade Pay Rs. 2800/-,
