LGB Regional Institute of Mental Health, LGBRIMH, Application on prescribed format are invited from the citizen of India for filling up the following posts by direct recruitment / deputation / Re-employment on contractual basis as specified below so as to reach by 26.02.2010.

A. Professor :
No of Post : 04 posts, Specialty in Psychiatric Social Work-1, Clinical Psychology-1, Psychiatric Nursing-2,
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 8700/-,
Age Limit : Not to exceed 45 years.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) First or Second Class (55%) Master’s Degree in concerned specialty, (ii) M.Phil. or PG Diploma/DMSP (2 years Course) in concerned specialty. (iii) Ph.D/D.Sc. in concerned specialty from a recognized Institutions/University. Essential Experience 14 years teaching experience out of which 6 years teaching experience as Associate Professor in Psychiatric Social Work/Clinical Psychology / Psychiatric Nursing. Desirable: i) Research/published work in indexed journals.

B. Associate Professor :
No of Post : 06 posts, Specialty in Psychiatric Social Work-2, Clinical Psychology-2, Psychiatric Nursing-2,
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 15600- to 39100 GP Rs. 7600/-,
Age Limit : Not to exceed 45 years.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) First or Second Class (55%) Master’s Degree in concerned specialty, (ii) M.Phil. or PG Diploma/DMSP (2 years Course) in concerned specialty. Desirable: (iii) Ph.D./D.Sc. in concerned specialty from a recognized Institutions/University. Essential Experience 8 years teaching & research experience out of which 5years as Assistant Professor in Psychiatric Social Work/Clinical Psychology/Psychiatric Nursing. Desirable: i) Research/published work in indexed journals.

C. Assistant Professor :
No of Post : 11 posts, Psychiatric Social Work-2, Clinical Psychology-3, Psychiatric Nursing-4, Clinical Psychology-2,
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 15600- to 39100 GP Rs. 7600/-,
Age Limit : Age Limit : Between 35 to 45 years.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) First or Second Class (55%) Master’s Degree in concerned specialty, (ii) M.Phil. or PG Diploma/DMSP (2 years Course) in concerned specialty. 3 years teaching & research as Psychiatric Social Worker/Clinical Psychologist/ Psychiatric Nursing Tutor/ Lecturer in a Psychiatry Department/ recognized teaching Institutions.
