Indian Institute of Information Technology, IIIT, Appointment of lecturer is temporary and will be made on contract for a period not exceeding three years at present. Applications are invited from Indian nationals for Faculty Positions & Research Scholars in the following areas:

i. Professors : Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 10000/-,
ii. Associate Professors : Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 8000/-,
iii. Assistant Professors : Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 AGP Rs. 6000/-,
iv. Lecturers : Scale of Pay : Rs. 16500 to 39100 AGP Rs. 5400/-,
v. Research Scholar : Scale of Pay : Rs. 14000/- pm plus HRA.
Essential Qualification & Experience For all : Ph.D. with first class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, with a very good academic record throughout.

Positions & Research Areas :
1. Information Technology : Algorithms, Operating Systems & Compiler Design, Networking, Discrete Mathematics, Software Engineering, Real-Time Systems, Simulation & Modeling, Computer Architecture & System Software.
2. Electronics : Digital Design, Instrumentation & Control, Device & Circuit Modeling, Mixed Signal VLSI Design, RF (Circuit & VLSI) Design & MEMS.
3. Management & Cyber Laws : Finance, Operations, General Management (IT), Cyber Laws

In addition For :
i. Professor : 09 years teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor.
ii. Associate Professor : 07 years teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor.
iii. Assistant Professor : 03 years teaching/ research/ industrial experience.
iv. Lecturer : Fresh Ph.D’s in concerned subject without teaching experience. Deserving candidate pursuing Ph.D. and having outstanding academic records from reputed Institute, may also be considered and on being selected will get an opportunity to complete their Ph.D. within 03 years from the date of appointment along with a yearly performance appraisal. Thereafter they can be considered for the post of Assistant Professor if found suitable
v. Research Scholars : M.Tech. / MBA / MS in Cyber Laws or Equivalent.
