1. Distric Mission Coordinator :

Scale of Pay : (a) RS. 12000/- per month consolidated. (b) RS. 15000/- per month consolidate.

2. Assistant :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate from any recognized university having good experience of administrative work and working knowledge of MS word, Excel and power point.

3. Data Entry Operator :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Passed 10+2 and six month computer diploma preference will be given to candidates knowing stenography. Will have to pass type test @ 30 W.P.M.
Scale of Pay : RS. 5000/- per month consolidated.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 27 years.

4. Attendent/Peon :

iii. Assistant Accounts Officer :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with pass in Section Officers Grade Examination/Junior Accounts Officers Grade Examination conducted by Comptroller & Auditor General of India OR Bachelor’s degree with pass in the Intermediate examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India with six years experience.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 (PB2) plus Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-.
Age Limit : Not exceed 35 years as on 06.04.2010.

iv. Assistant Statistician :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s degree in Statistics/Agricultural Statistics / Econometrics from a recognised University or equivalent. Five years experience in the application of statistical methods to problems of research dealing with plantation crops preferably rubber, or in collection, analysis and interpretation of statistical data relating to any plantations or Agricultural crops.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 (PB2) plus Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-.
Age Limit : Not exceed 40 years as on 06.04.2010.

v. Field Officer :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Master’s degree in Botany from a recognised University or equivalent.

vi. Shift Supervisor :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Diploma in Engineering (Chemical/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Polymer/Rubber Technology). Two years experience as Supervisor in a processing factory in operation / maintenance.

vii. Scientific Assistant :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Pass in SSLC or equivalent. Proficiency Certificate in tapping issued by Rubber Board. Three years experience in tapping in rubber as evidenced by certificate issued by authorized signatory of Rubber Producers’ Societies/large estates/companies.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 (PB1) plus Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-.

xi. Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Pass in SSLC or equivalent. Heavy duty Driving Licence Three years experience as Driver in Govt. Department/Statutory Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings/ Public or Private Limited Companies.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 (PB1) plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-.
