1. Senior Resident :
No of Post : 94 posts (UR-40, SC-14, ST-09, OBC-31),
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Gradute Degree in relevant field or Diploma/02 years experience after comletion of MBBS.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 18750 + Grade pay RS. 6600/- and other allowances as admissible rules.
Age Limit : (Age as per residency scheme on 01.05.2010) For Gen/UR 33 years with PG Degree, 36 years for OBC, 38 years for SC/ST. Post Doctorate Degree will be 35 years for OBC, 40 years for SC/ST.
Tenure : One Year may be extended upto 03 years.

2. Junior Resident :
No of Post : 120 posts (UR-61, SC-18, ST-09, OBC-32),
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBBS Degree from a recognized university. Candidate must have or applied for registration in delhi medical council. Internship must be compeleted by 30.04.2008.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 + Grade pay RS. 5400/- and other allowances as admissible rules.
Age Limit : a. Gen/UR not to exceeding 30 year as on 12.05.2010.
b. OBC not to exceeding 33 year as on 12.05.2010.
c. SC/ST not to exceeding 35 year as on 12.05.2010.
Tenure : One Year may be extended.
