Essential Qualification & Experience : Chartered Accountant or M.Com with atleast grade B in the UGC secen – point scale or 55% of the marks or with MBA Degree with specialization in finance with uniformly good academic record. Atleast 15 years of experience as a financial administration in Government or semi-Government Institution or in the any university.

III. Deputy Registrar :
